The meeting of the first-ever cooperative audit "Municipalities' own revenues for providing quality services to the citizens' during pandemic" took place in Skopje, North Macedonia, on 26-27 September 2023. Participants attended the event in person and remotely.
During the meeting, participants who attended the event in person and remotely, had an opportunity not only hear the reports on the national audits from 7 contributing countries, but also gain knowledge from the local experts on municipalities' management.
The cooperative audit was initiated and led by the State Audit Office of North Macedonia, and done together with 6 other SAIs from Albania, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Türkiye.
